I have been coaching for almost 50 years. Times have changed and I enjoyed hearing things that reinforced the changes I have seen and have had to make as a coach. My college track and cross country understood the three dimensions over 50 years ago. I am glad I tried to follow his lead. Keep preaching the gospel of the three dimensions. I think it will really help younger coaches over time.

This course provides a great overview of the 3D Coaching Course. There were several examples that I can use during tomorrow's practice. I definitely feel motivated to learn more about 3D Coaching as I think the techniques will help to improve our players' motivation and return to the sense of fun and team belonging they felt when they started playing their chosen sport.

I really enjoyed this. I was a coach for 10 years at a program and was constantly frustrated by some of the concepts and traditions the older coaches had. The new school I work for used this program and I was pleased to hear that a lot of how I coach is already in line with this method.

The 3D pyramid helped me to sort out where my athletes are 'at' when they exhibit certain behaviors and gave me ideas for how to change what I am doing to help them.
