Following the 3D model will lead to continuity & retention of staff, an educational process for all which will not only inspire but importantly make a fundamental positive change in the lives of all involved. I think this training does a wonderful job communicating the importance of coaching athletes to love the sport for the way it builds them up. I have learned the value of creating intentional and meaningful relationships with the athletes you coach, knowing what encourages and builds them up.
