Really great information and strategies. I have been coaching for over 30 years. Not as a primary profession, but in addition to coaching youth shooting sports, I give private lessons to the public, and I am the Director of Coach Development for our sanctioning organization. All of which are paid ventures outside of work.
Over the years, parents have conveyed private information about their children to me. Where they were before the team, and how it has helped them. I had no idea of the reach I had as a coach! However, when asked why I coach, I quickly say, "I had some amazing coaches in my youth, and I needed them coming from a broken family." I owe it to humanity to be that guy to at least one person each year.
This toolbox provided makes that goal so much easier, I am incredibly grateful for the materials, and plan to implement it my teaching for the youth, their parents, and coaches I train.
