Sections 9 and 11 felt as if I had finally found people who spoke the same message I do as a coach! Establishing the joy of playing a sport over the results of a few lights on a scoreboard is the most important aspect for adolescence.

I thought the information provided by this course was very insightful in explaining how kids really think and how we as coaches should teach them more than just the fundamentals. I thought it did a good job providing examples of situations that may occur on my practice field and how to deal with them making sure to address more than just the athletes physical skills.

I connected well with the philosophy of 3D coaching. It is interesting to see the cross connections with other teachings that I subscribe with ( i.e. mindset, power of positive play, FCA, etc)
