I believe that all youth coaches, for any sport, should be required to watch this essential course. Great information for youth coaches to start the process of building the 3D framework with their communities athletes.

The course does a great job of walking individuals through the 3 different dimensions and how they interact and influence each other in the big picture of being an exceptional coach. These concepts and dimensions are also applicable to real life and students not just athletes.
