I have been an coach for 37 years. By viewing this program, I see some things that I have done correctly to motivate my golfers, but I have also learned ways in which I have a fixed mindset. We, as a coaching staff are going on to complete the course for certification. Growth is a continuing process, even for an old guy like me.

We are recommending this to out whole staff, It's an eye opener.
I love the Details and talk about Sport and how it fits inside of Play, the techniques to change a boring drill into a fun playing game, Like Tag !
The mindset talk and how to change simple sentences around to develop a growth mind set and not a fixed.
