Informative and enlightening how to view and present coaching well beyond performance results and "winner take all competition" attitudes. There are many useful parallels drawn
that successful teachers and mentors understand well such as the emphasis on growth processes and minimizing the price of mistakes in order to preserve the self-worth, joy, and continued motivation of the athletes that we have the privilege to coach.
