I thoroughly enjoyed learning more about the 3D coaching concept and getting an perspective of what it entails. I am looking forward to learning even more and starting to make it apart of my daily coaching.

The 3D Coaching Essentials class is 75 minutes of excellence! Every coach in America will benefit by taking the one hour and 15 minutes to elevate their level of coaching. This is a real β€œGame Changer” and I give this my highest recommendation. I have coached 44 seasons and this material is relevant to every season I have coached! I wish I would have had this back when I was starting out. I am glad it is available for me to use with my 45th team next year!

Really opened my eyes on how I need to become more of the 2nd and 3rd dimensions instead of being "stuck" in the 1st dimension. Great stuff!

Lots of great information and ideas to help improve the idea of coach/instructor being a leader of young people and not just a person who focuses on wins and losses.
