Great content! This course inspires me to use every opportunity in coaching to have maximum impact with the kids I interact with. The biggest takeaways for me were to be "transformational" and not just "transactional". Also, bringing joy into sports really resonated with me, and it will change the way I design and implement coaching strategies.

This is a great introduction to the 3Dimensional Coaching Certification Course that puts individual coaches on the path of developing life changing relationships with administrators, coaches, parents, student-athletes and the community.
