For a group as small as I coach I already use a lot of what is in this course. Being small makes a tight knit group that goes through life together not just the sport. A lot of the information here was more directed toward large group sports.

This is a great course for individuals to use in their sport teams but really in life too. To make it even better would be for a staff group to do this course together, to let everyone buy into this idea ,this change in mindset. As the years go by, this course will become more and more important for our people.
