This course was able to teach me many different way to be more deliberate with my coaching. I have done a lot of these things involved in this course, but I was doing them out of order and/or without deliberate action. With the help from this course I was able to line up my coaching strategies to reach each of the 3 domains during the proper time periods. Not jumping from each one randomly. I am very thankful to have gotten this resource and knowledge from this course.

This course generates a lot of good thought about how we coach. It raises issues so many of us either take for granted or never thought of. I have been coaching with level 1 and 2 for as long as I can remember but looking at level 3 was there but very much in the background surfacing only occasionally. This course promotes integrating all 3 levels as part of coaching to make a positive difference in our athletes.
