This was a brilliant course. which allowed me to grow not only as a coach but as a human being. Reminded me of the reasons why we coach and work with people. Making it about the people we work with and giving them the best experience and providing the environment that will allow them to be the best version of themselves and contribute positively to society. I would recommend it to anyone in the field of coaching or education.

This course was validating, reminding and revealing. It validated the things I have done and continue to do, it reminding me of things I use to do and have let go of for one reason or another, and revealed to me a better way to approach self improvement as well as program improvement.

This was an excellent course. The power of creating a transformational purpose statement was a very rewarding exercise. The contents of this course spoke closely with the best-practice standards set forth by various organizations including the NFHS and NIAAA.

Honestly really liked the course. I consider myself to be difficult when it comes to coaching development as I think much of the development out there is standard or similar. I felt this mixed common concepts with new ways of looking at coaching and I personally agree with many of the ideas. I'm a huge fan.
