I enjoyed the material and the process of going through. Like many things in life, things can be taken for granted. The best training I've had so far. I appreciate the videos that were 5 minutes or less. I also like the guidance to forming a purpose statement as well as integrating team strategies to build character, team, and community. This material has some great ideas to reach kids as a leader and coach. I strongly recommend this to all interested in coaching.

This course has helped me to reflect and evaluate myself as a high school basketball of 27 years. My experience has always been to help young men to become better as a person. However 3 Dimensional Coaching is motivating me to take a more intentional approach. I also appreciate the biblical connections to help me grow in my faith in Jesus Christ.
