I was really impressed with the 3D Course The course makes you sit back and reflect on your own coaching techniques and makes you think how you can implement what you have learned into your own coaching philosophies . I recommend this to anyone.

It is truly an enriching journey for me as I go through the 3D course. It reminded me to be intentional in how I carry myself as a coach, and constantly putting into practice the principles so that I can truly live up to my transformational purpose statement in building the lives of young people.
