3D was paradigm shifting for me. As a coach today you can't coach only in the 1st Dimension and expect long-term results. We have to change how we coach if we want to win on an off the field. 3D provides the best tool I've seen to help bring about that change.

This class is amazing. The detail that was put in to get each module across was amazing. The real life examples and the trials and sometime tribulations show make it feel REAL. Our world is about what is real these days. I cant wait to go through it again and to implement into our program.

The structure, self evaluation and critical thinking the course forces you to do is immeasurable. Not only has the course gave cause for me to re-evaluate the way I do things, it has reinforced some philosophies I've already adopted. Easily one of the most enjoyable coaching journey's I've taken.
