As a physical education teacher I was skeptical about what I had to gain from this course. This course gave me SO much material, changed my thoughts about numerous topics and renewed my drive to be the best teacher I can be, but most importantly provide the highest quality physical education and support program that I can.

I think they have done a great job of outlining the underlying tenets of coaching and mentorship. This goes beyond the simple act of coaching athletes. It's about helping build better relationships and increase personal responsibility and action.

This course was fantastic. Much needed in a time like this with so much uncertainty. I have been a coach for over 12 years, this would have been my 5th year as a Varsity Head Coach, honestly I am not at the Job that I want. This helps to fuel my passion for my next job, the people that I work for are taking the passion out of what I was born to do. This course helped me to realize that I am in the Job that I am supposed to be in at this time. But, if I ever get an AD who actually "loves" me and cares about me instead of their job and retirement....Look out, I can help young athletes do some Extraordinary things. Not sure why God is keeping me in my current state. Or is it me...Lost coach here with NOBODY helping me to grow. You guys hiring? If we ever can play again?

I thoroughly enjoyed taking this course. Although I am not a traditional "coach" I have daily interaction with student athletes. I am excited to take what I have learned and implement it into my daily practices as an athletic trainer.

I love this course. This may the best training I have ever received towards my passion. This is better than any clinic that I have attended and using this framework, I feel like I can coach any team in any sport and e somewhat successful just because of the transformation this framework does for a team and a community. I highly recommend this training for any coach and I would want my entire coaching staff certified in this framework. Thank you for the knowledge and experience.

Multiple times I have referred to what I have been learning in these modules as, "pure gold." Personally, I had never considered coaching before, it wasn't even on my radar. However, a few years ago I found myself in a new town, in a new school, taking on a new role - as cheer coach of a brand new program. I didn't even know where to begin! The lessons I've learned here will be invaluable to me and to our program that has steadily grown every year. I can't wait to begin implementing what I've learned in hopes of focusing more on the 2nd and 3rd dimensions and really getting to the hearts of these kids.

I had a great journey of learning and all the content was thought out and planned, I could feel in my spirit it was prayerfully prepared, all the words were like a knife(Word of God) piercing one's heart. All the learning and concepts are practical to apply.
