Is a very insightful course that gives me a brand new perspective of how we as coach should renew our approach in coaching the 21st century athletes and fulfilling the core needs.

I started this journey as a first dimension coach, now i know i have learnt what needs to be done for a better result/outcome through a long term athlete development using the 2nd and 3rd dimensions which is gonna be a long learning curve but definitely the best learning experience

This course was great for reflecting on my own beliefs and made me think of how I want to help student athletes. The testimonies at the end really show how important coaching in all three dimensions truly is!

I enjoyed how it pushed my thinking of coaching - to more than just the performance in the pool.

No one can walk away from this course and not be challenged in every way to coach people in who they are, rather than coach skills to players so they can be better at what they do.

This was a very rich experience in my life. I have coached nearly 40 seasons between volleyball and softball and I wish I could have had this training as a young coach. To meet with other coaches and process the information was valuable. I feel very connected to those coaches now and I know we are there for each other. This training will positively impact our school community. I am very grateful.

This was a great opportunity to reflect as an experienced coach. I reflected on some good things we are doing and also some things that need to change. We are all doing some good things in our program but also we are doing some things that we might think are good but are really counter productive.

When completing courses like these I always wonder if I am going to learn anything tangible. Well this course far exceeded my expectations! I learned many things that I was doing well, areas that I can improve, and real-life examples of how to implement positive change within my program. I highly recommend this course for both new and seasoned coaches!

Loads of knowledge; not just for beginning coaches. Every coach can take something away from this program. If nothing else, it will reenforce what you have learned over the years about best practices when working with today's youth.
This applies not just to coaches, but to anyone who works with kids. Kids have changed and we, as adults and mentors to today's youth need to adapt to best serve the kids of today. This program gives you the tools and the knowledge to best prepare yourself and your staff to work with today's student athletes.

I felt like most of this content was common sense. As an educator the same beliefs are being pushed through already...this isn't a new idea. It's being used in so many other professions already.
