This course changed my whole approach to coaching. I learned that it's not only about the fundamentals but how to connect with each player and how to form a relationship that goes beyond the game and the season but forming a relationship that can last a lifetime. I find myself connecting with my players on another level, and I see the difference on how they respond and are more motivated in practice and in the games.

I am overwhelmed by the emotional and spiritual impact this course has had on me. I started this journey before I came across 3D Coaching when I read Joe Ehrmann's book "Inside-Out Coaching" and I am very glad and thankful to God that I was introduced to the 3D Coaching program. 3D Coaching certification course has enabled me to better understand my journey as a Father, Coach, and citizen of the world God created. I am very passionate guiding and inspiring the youth, student-athletes, students, coaches, and teachers and this course has empowered and equipped me to go out and guide others on their own journeys to transforming themselves by also understanding the 3D framework and approach and building their foundation to transform .

This course was excellent. While I believe in many ideas discussed during the course I didn't have the tools to use to achieve those goals. This class provides the tools needed to reach our athletes and students in all three dimensions. I would strongly recommend this program to any coach!

I learn so much. For two reasons: first, I am just getting involved in coaching. So most of the information was fairly new. Second, what was shared is much more, and better, than what is generally passed on to coaches. Three things that I love about the 3 dimensional coaching approach are: first, it produces holistic development. Second, it encourages life-long development. Third, it success results are the best. I have already started applying it. And I shall surely recommend it.

Course was enlightening as well as practical. Much of the information are things that I currently use/do, or have used through the 26 years I have been coaching. However, some of the new ideas and concepts in this "framework" are things that I am excited to try along with our head coach this season!
