As a coach with 25 Region Championships and 14 State Championships, this course has redefined success for me. It made me realize how much my approach was lacking, how much I have denied my athletes over the years. Most importantly it provided me the tools and insight to redirect my methodology on a more substantial and meaningful trajectory.

Excellent course! I am unable to implement a lot of these things myself since I am an assistant but I plan to talk with the head coach about a few of the things we could be doing! It changed my perspective and focus as to why I coach and what type of legacy I hope to leave my players with.

The course provided a wealth of knowledge while outlining true meaning and purpose in using the three dimensional approach as a coach. It was encouraging and motivating for a coach who was beginning to grow as a leader in all three dimensions. Most important, I have learned how to reach the heart of every athlete while coaching.
