I truly enjoyed the 3D coaching course. The material provided and the way in which it was presented, made it easy to understand and gather ideas on how to become a better person and coach. I am looking forward to implementing some of the plans to help my coaches become better people and develop more substantial relationships with our student athletes.

Before doing this course, I actually read the book 5 years ago. It was great to go over the material like a "workbook." I definitely had some "kairos" moments while going through the course. I highly recommend this course to all coaches.

I thought this course was incredible. Without taking the bite or "spice" out of competition, it laid out very clearly that there is much more to sport than winning and even learning lessons from winning.

Having coached for 30 years- I have seen the change in our student athletes. It is an entitlement time. This program will help you to devise a plan to change your old style way of thinking and really connect with kids from more than just a skill standpoint. Kids today need to know we as coaches care and this program will help guide you in ways to set up a plan to do just that.

As a teacher that doesn't even coach, this course still proves to be very beneficial to enhancing relationships in my life with my family, friends, and students. If I do decide to coach, I will have the knowledge and tools needed to not be just "another" coach, but to be a coach that can leave a legacy.

3D Coaching has highly impacted the intentionality through which I approach relationships with my student-athletes to build a positive and supportive culture where accountability is a given. Engaging all the modules challenged me to revisit, revalidate and reaffirm my life's purpose, and the issues of faith, destiny, and legacy. I feel more confident and empowered in my involvement with FCA. God has a sovereign plan for Philippine sports. This course has blessed me so much. It will be my legacy to pass it on and transform sports in our country for the glory of God.
