When I first heard about this course I expected to see the same ole stuff with just another spin. Boy was I wrong. In my 25 yrs of coaching, I've never been exposed to anything as complete as 3 Dimensional Coaching. A must take course for anyone who truely cares about coaching beyond the first dimension.

I felt it was a really good class. I wish we could have been able to go back to listen to videos more without having to answer all the questions again. It challenged me to think about the methods I used to coach and change them in a positive manner.

Good course. It does a good job of getting into why you want to coach. Remembering your "why" is something that I have always tried to do when coaching and this course did a great job getting to that point.
