Doing this course helped me with following
1. To express be able to express my thoughts and doings
2. To set up a strategy for myself, players and coaches that work with me
3. To realize that altough certain aspects can be part of more than one dimension, mostly coaches try to solve a problem of one dimension, with the tool of another dimension, mostly 1st dimension.
Overall, great stuff!!

Second time taking this course and it is better than the last version which I thought was impossible. I implemented these strategies since learning them. They are not really things we all don´t know. Even more than that these are things that we as adults want but we forget, often, that the children we are charged with raising in our communities need these strategies more than we do. I am a firm believer in the power of serving others thanks in large part to this framework that puts what we already should know into a process we can use to better all those around us.

The 3D Coaching framework does a great job of generating true reflection for the coach. It is very inspirational and goes the extra step of aiding you in creating a plan, complete with mentors, mentees, and accountability partners to make sure you follow through on the plan you've created throughout the framework. I can't wait for our kids and our coaches to benefit from this!

I'm a veteran coach. All this stuff is spot on and anyone that has been coaching for a while knows it. It gave me some more good ideas to add to what I already have in place. Just like the athletes and the coaches, the program has to continue to evolve/change/adapt to meet each new year.

This course has helped me to think differently about my coaching. I am what I would consider an experienced coach but the issues discussed here have me re evaluating what I will focus on in my upcoming season. I have traditionally been a coach who cares but this has reinforced the necessity to get back to the 2nd and 3rd dimension ideals with my teams.
