Covered a lot of territory and turned over many stones that I had not pursued turning over in the past. A great class to take that forces you to think and get involved in what you are going to do to make changes. Very helpful and created a tremendous amount of ideas for the future.

I give this course a 5 star as it helped open my mind up so much more and realize how many coaches out there are missing out on developing the 3 Dimensional framework. I am excited to organize all of my notes and look back on a few videos.

This course has been by far the best coaching course I have participated in. When we talk about life altering events, I would have to say that this is one. I honestly believed that I had this coaching thing down. This course humbled me making me want to go back 25 years and start over. Although I can't do that, I can start my transformation today! Thank you.

I thought the course material was excellent. It helped me think of ways to incorporate something that I always wanted to add on to my coaching. I knew it was missing but I didn't know what it was. The 2D and 3D tools recommendations are great and as mentioned it is just a framework for coaches. This framework can be customized to our own specific scenarios.

The course was well structured, clearly presented and very motivational. I personally was challenged and encouraged at the same time. While following the course I drew up a blueprint for a holistic transformation programme for schools & started a fit-teens programme with troubled kids.

I really enjoyed the course. It was a little long, took longer than I thought to finish. But well put together, great examples for us to learn from. Great teachers and the information is invaluable. It is going to be hard at first to implement and find those mentors and people i can help, but with determination we can get it done.
