The 3D coaching course is very educative and impacting. the course prepares coach for the task ahead and hoe to prepare his athletes.
The course gave the basics and all that is needed to prepare a team.
The fundamentals, to prepare the players physically.
Psychology, to work on the players mindset.
The heart, work on the players mind and spirit.

3D coaches training has been a great learning opportunity for me, especially with knowing where the team I assist with struggled last year! I am excited to bring these coaching elements to the program. It was a great way to structure what I have always believed coaching is about.

I truly loved this entire course on 3Dimensional Coaching. Starting with the simple explanation that we are 3Dimensional beings, therefore, we need to coach within all 3Dimensions. I coach volleyball and as our season begins this Fall, I am excited to be intentional with implementing the 3D Framework.

3D should be mandatory for all coaches. You can't really be an effective, impactful coach until you understand and learn how to go beyond the physical, sport specific skills and tactics that coaches must have and start to impact the critical psychological aspects and build your players' character.

I would like to thank the organizers of this course for, it made me understand that, even though I already do many of the steps given here as a Coach, following the frame work steps it helps me to better inform my players the fundamentals and everything that has to be taught about volleyball. Making the players remember the sport for life is more important than just get them ready for Positive results in the games.

I was really happy because I realized that I already implement a lot of stuff that I saw in the course, but just didn't give the right name to it.
Having an idea of a Frame work, helps us to understand on how to coach properly and give the right informations to our players.
