I am an experienced teacher, but new to coaching sports. This was part of my Silver Coaching Certification tasks for USA Wrestling. 3D Coaching Course was, by far, the most useful and directly applicable resource / tool I have come across to making successful coaches and, therefore, making great sports programs. While I have made plenty of vision and mission statements, I have never had a course break it down the way you did. I spent way more time thinking through and working it out. I feel I now have my best vision statement - one that I can actually use day to day. I will heartily recommend this course to all my coach friends!

I took this course, not as a coach, but as a teacher in order to help me improve my teaching strategies and to reach my students and serve my students in a better manner. I believe that there are concepts explained here which can be applied to any situation in which you interact with a group or are expected to lead a group. Thus, any improvements can only better the group as a whole.

This is a worthwhile training for new to seasoned coaches. This made me see some of my own opportunities as a coach. If I’m being honest, I tend to get “triggered” at times during games. I must remind myself to breathe and let it go. Also, what a privilege that I “get to Coach” these kids.
