I enrolled in the course, more from a leadership point of view. As a head of school I have done a lot of coaching in my younger years, and I now find that the same principles apply to managing a team of educators to excellence. 3D coaching gives such a solid framework to build on. Within the structure each coach/team leader can build on their own strengths and values.
