Information was good, high quality material. I did not necessarily think the assessments and quizzes accurately reflect whether new material was learned. There was no recourse for missed questions, no penalty, and many of the questions were easily answered even if one didn't watch the videos. Either the questions are worded in an elementary way, or it wasn't new information.

I liked that the course forces you but guides you at the same time to reflect on the 2nd and 3rd dimensions of coaching. I think as coaches we are all aware of the importance of these two dimensions but we don't always give them the same concentrated attention that we often do to the 1st dimension elements of coaching. The course gives you a good perspective of both of these dimensions and shows that one needs to make an intentional effort to develop an approach to them.
