This course helped me begin the journey to becoming a better coach. While we often think of coaching the fundamentals, we don't often think about coaching the emotions and heart. As a baseball coach, I know the importance of staying mentally in it. This course can help you break down your coaching and give you strategies to help coach mental side of sports.

I found this course not only informational but highly effective. Learning the foundations of 3D coaching and what each layer means in detail helped teach all the ways a coach can be their for their athletes not only providing the details and descriptions, but strategies for the coach to try and apply.
