This course has literally changed my life! I know you must hear this a lot, but it honestly has! I have never done so much introspection into my soul before this course! Sure I would reflect, but not on this type of level! I was in a very dark coaching mindset last year, on the verge of hanging it up! With mentorship from a colleague/coach/friend and this course, my mentor but more importantly the basketball girls I coach immediately saw a different "coach!" A truly loving, compassionate and caring person who inspires through love instead of motivating through fear and anger!
