I am very impressed with the way that this course has made me realize what kind of Coach I need to be and how I can get there for the future of all the kids that I will be able to impact to help them to be a better athletes but most important to help them to be a better person with morals and respect and love to others. Very informative and gives a lot to think about to be an effective coach. It really drives home the need to reflect on how and why you are coaching and brings forward the power that a coach has to impact an athlete.

It has good material. Being that it is a recommended course for a school district and for them to not pay for it, it absurd. It should be free to all coaches.
