This course was very insightful and encouraging.
I have gained a ton of insight from this journey. I have found myself rethinking how I approach situations not only in the workplace, but in my personal life as well. I feel my mindset, in general, has taken on an even more positive path towards growth and optimism. The emotional journey has been challenging at times, but I believe it has been a blessing to experience.
I liked the course. It was like having counseling sessions and being heard and listening to your peers and their outlook on things and suggestions.
I liked this course but felt that it was not very interactive through the course work.

3D Institute does it again. I heard first about 3D Coaching in 2014 and it changed my outlook on my coaching. Now in 2023, they do it again with my teaching. This could change a community.

The course and the content are great. To be effective, a person of course has to buy in and be focused. So much of this course would be great in small groups. Do the videos on your own, then get together and discuss.
I enjoyed this course because it helped me remind myself of the 'why'. Sometimes we forget the 'why' and that sometimes can cause us to lose our beliefs, confidence, etc. This course gave a lot of information that I can take back and start to be a mentor to others in my school. I feel like this course will also help educators grow in their leadership skills and to help other educators through mentoring not just at my school, but other teachers throughout the district. The videos were short, and you were able to go at your own pace, so that helped me out when things got a little hectic. This course will help change the culture and climate within the school district.
I like the common sense approach, which includes some accountability and looking in the mirror first!

I believe this course could be more impactful if we were able to complete it in small groups and bounce ideas back and forth off of each other.
I found encouragement within this course and remembered my why.
It is the second time I have completed the course. I would like to see this more in action.
