This course offers a tremendous amount of information for coaches to control what they personally can control to influence what they cannot directly control themselves. Look inward to poor outward in a positive manner instead of pointing the finger at undesired behavior around you. This course should be available to every youthcoach.

In a time where coaching has become so negative for many people and interacting with parents has been so difficult, this coarse provides some wonderful tools to help coaches build positive and productive relationships with parents and their students as well. I look forward to putting some of these tools into practice.

Great 'vehicle' to align the whole sport community at school. As it was said, coaching in the modern era come with many challenges! But the purpose is still the athlete, his/her transformation in all 3 dimensions and therefor the importance to involve the parents to this process. Thank you for a great journey. Now the important step to implement this for our next season.
