The course was well organized and easy to follow. I would recommend this course to other coaches outside of the high school division (club sports, rec sports, etc.). It helps me understand the do's and don'ts as a high school coach while establishing ideas towards coaching philosophies. It was refreshing to see a course that went far beyond the x's and o's. The course deals with current issues with sensitivity. And it gives the coach some great plans to become more sensitive with the players, and not be a hard ass all the time.
