This course was created in partnership between the 3D Institute. The completion of this course, prior to assuming duties as an athletic director or coach, fully satisfies the OSAA’s Interscholastic Coaching Course one-time requirement.
- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of OSAA’s requirement to coach in the state of OR

Good details and worthy of the time
Great course I love the way you guys break down the idea and application of three dimensional coaching
Lots of golden information here but it’s too much info without reality. If the course were half as long, but made people give real examples of how they will use the data, it would result in more use of the data.
This is a very good overview of how to get started and the source of motivation for any coach. A good coach will take these teaching to the third dimension.

It seems every module is pretty much the same. This course feels as though it could be condensed into half of what it is.
Please also allow for free resources like the Peer Reviewed articles mentioned in these courses.
I really enjoyed the content. It was much more than I was expecting. I felt like the standards and practices mirror the corporate world as far as developing into a leader versus a boss. Well done.

I found this very informative and I enjoyed learning on the mental aspects of being a coach.
I think this is a great course not only for coaches but all teachers as well. a lot of good insight into how to best coach student athletes and how not to just make an impact for the sport involved but for an impact beyond their sporting careers.
