Course Overview
This course was created in partnership between the 3D Institute. The completion of this course, prior to assuming duties as an athletic director or coach, fully satisfies the OSAA’s Interscholastic Coaching Course one-time requirement.
- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of OSAA’s requirement to coach in the state of OR

I really enjoyed this 3D coaching course, it was informative, well-structured, and easy to follow. As a parent, I see tremendous value in applying these insights to nurture my boys' growing minds.

There was a good balance of solid, common-sense advice and strategies, along with many motivational and inspiring stories.
This is well presented and contains very good information.
I really enjoyed learning the key ingrediants of building a great team. Learning and understanding all the different aspects that it takes for a coach to get the most out of their athletes will be extremely helpful for me going forward in my coaching career.
