This course is a fantastic tool to equip coaches on their journey to becoming better leaders of people. The three demential model is one that a student-athlete can benefit one during and after their athletic experience.

Provided a lot of valuable information on how to coach. While thinking about the impact coaches have on their players. Often was a bit repetitive which could be improved upon. Overall a valuable training.

Very informative content that offers great instruction as to an outline of your particular sport and the importance of reaching all aspects of the 3D Model. As a life-long instructor, many items I have taught for years and find that there are names for what I have done and feel a sense of both relief and pride that I have been on the right track.

I liked the course and it touched on many of the values I believe in when it comes to coaching, I found a lot of similarity's in the way I was raised in martial arts throughout my life and I feel this being carried over into scholastic sports is amazing.

Excellent course, i feel that it will help me improve as a coach. Going into it coaching, i knew that I needed to focus on more than just the fundamentals, but felt like I lacked the tools. This course provided lots of useful information and strategies..
