I feel that 3d coaching has given me more of a perspective outside of the sport itself. As a coach who would like to move up and develop a program, 3d coaching gives a great amount of tools and tips on how to accomplish that goal.

The 3d institute helps coaches, whether it be their 1st year or 20th year. I have always been a firm believer reflective coaches are effective coaches and this course gives you strategies on how to accomplish this. This course helps also to develop a plan for yourself to grow as a leader and implement strategies with your staff and students.
