Shaping Culture Using the 3D Framework

Awesome course. Learned a lot about myself and working to improve others.

Love the course. Have been coaching for many years and wish I would have heard of this at the start of my career instead of at the end of my career!!

I give the 3D frame work two enthusiastic thumbs up! This course gives structure and focus to some of those things many of us have been doing for years as leaders and coaches, but lacked the verb-age and framework that the 3D Institute has created. It validates some of those things we have done well, but more over, it shows us those areas were we are lacking. It helped remind me of my purpose and inspires me to review those things I have stocked on my shelve. I look forward to utilizing the 3D frame work as a boxing coach, but also feel that it will be a HUGE tool for me as a youth pastor. I would highly recommend this course for anyone who desires to pour into the lives of people.

Great information for beginning to establish a culture and great reminders for those maintaining a culture.

Even as a person who has been in coaching close to 50 years, I was impressed. I wish I had taken this course in my early years. I was a win or lose coach starting out. Through the years I have come to realize that it's about life and character not wins and losses. Thanks for confirming this change in my attitude and purpose.

The speakers are knowledgeable and clear on their vision. The videos are short enough for listeners to not lose focus on the topic being discussed.

I feel like I am passionate about coaching because it is my purpose. I also feel like I am significant too. This course has allowed me to kind of see the feedback needed to let me know that I am headed in the right direction.

Hi All. I took this course as a precursor to the AD summit in the near future. I really thought this "framework" is very helpful. Cannot wait to unpack what I have learned (as it's a lot!) and get to work at being a little bit more effective leader/AD.

I highly recommend this. I was already aligned personally with this philosophy, however my biggest take-away from this is how to articulate it. I am building a large scale company and sometimes it's very difficult to articulate with a scaleable model. Looking forward to continuing the process with 3D.

Very insightful

This is a well put together course that everyone should go through!

I have enjoyed taking this course, even when I took some time away from the coaching profession. It shows me that it is more important to serve everyone in your care and to grab the heart rather than focus on the W. The Purpose is by far more important and making sure that your staff/players are valued, have a voice, feel safe, allowed to be a part and innovative. The joy teaching the young people to become better inwardly is far more important than getting a trophy that won't last.
