This course has been extremely helpful for me as an Athletic Director. One of the most difficult things to achieve as an AD is buy-in and I feel equipped to lead my community and create the needed buy-in to make the vision stick and ultimately lead to paths of significance for our athletes and coaches.

I found a lot of the items were in line with my current thinking on leadership. It helped me put words to how I was thinking and I greatly appreciate the focus on process as central to leadership.
