Very in depth program that introduces coaches with strategies to coach their student athletes in all three dimensions. In coaching them in all three dimensions, it in turn helps the student athlete be the best they can be and also helps the coach maximize their impact.
Great information and very helpful in helping me to help those whom we work with in sports. The mindset of creating a positive environment and building that foundation so that we can be successful in and out of sports and have that become a long lasting ideology for years to come is what I enjoyed about this course.
