The course was helpful in providing very general ideas that can be put into practice, but adding a hands-on element (quizzes, worksheets etc.) would increase engagement in my opinion, and may result in something more tangible and individualized at the completion.
This course will change the way you think about leadership and help you understand how to move past being a transactional leader to a transformational leader!
