Great stuff. Sports and business culture are known for busyness. Some of these essentials may be acknowledged and even craved, but there is little conscious thought given to how to do it or even if change is possible. I think it is a good way to get everyone in your organization on the same page. It reminds me of Win the Locker Room First by Jon Gordon.
The course reinforced what I learned in the 3-D Fundamentals Course and took it a step further toward applying it as a leader. While the information is all relevant to coaches, especially head coaches, I felt it will be most beneficial for an athletic director looking for guidance on how to lead. There are terrific strategies on leading from the heart with intentionality, framework and purpose.
This has been the best tool that I have studied to help improve culture.
