This course was created in partnership with the Virginia High School League to satisfy the coaching principles portion of VHSL’s coaches education mandate.
- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of VHSL’s requirement to coach in the state of VA

It was very helpful!
I thought this 3d Coaching covered basic fundamental of coach with clarity. It gave a lot vantage point from different sports which I thought was great to relate too. Most of all it gave great examples hows coaching with framework can lead to successful career. As well to be great on and off the field and to serve and lead with Integrity.
I was stimulated by the content. I started off with the mindset that it was something that I had to do. I ended up appreciative of the knowledge I received. Thank you for "making" me do it!
This is an excellent course that teaches coaches the importance reaching their players in a meaningful way.
