- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of VHSL’s requirement to coach in the state of VA

This was a well-developed course that was easy to navigate, understand, and provided insightful information on how to improve and inspire a coach.
I liked the course. It focuses on coaching the whole person and not just the athlete and I think kids today need that encouragement and positive reinforcement.
Loved how motivating this course was and how easy it was to take notes from within the modules. The background stories from individual teams/coaches were inspirational.
