VHSL: Foundations for Coaching in all Three Dimensions

This course prepared me to coach beyond the physical elements of my sport. I feel more confident in my ability to achieve my 'why' as a coach after learning about the three dimensions.

The course was extensive but in a fair way. Very informative and well put videos.

This course was well organized and put together so that course takers could best understand and learn about each aspect of coaching in a 3 dimensional platform.
