This course was created in partnership with the Virginia High School League to satisfy the coaching principles portion of VHSL’s coaches education mandate.
- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of VHSL’s requirement to coach in the state of VA

I've never taken a course like 3D. It's VERY impactful. By the time I got to the story of Jeremy Reed and the Altus Bulldogs, I was nearly screaming for the young man to make that FG! WOW!!
