Course Overview
This course was created in partnership between the 3D Institute. The completion of this course, prior to assuming duties as an athletic director or coach, fully satisfies the OSAA’s Interscholastic Coaching Course one-time requirement.
- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of OSAA’s requirement to coach in the state of OR

I found this course very helpful and it had a lot of good information about how you should act as a coach and how to set goals for myself and the players.
The handouts are very helps - the links and reviews are interesting and applicable. I think a free pdf template of the practice plan would be very helpful
