Course Overview
This course was created in partnership between the 3D Institute. The completion of this course, prior to assuming duties as an athletic director or coach, fully satisfies the OSAA’s Interscholastic Coaching Course one-time requirement.
- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of OSAA’s requirement to coach in the state of OR

It was very easy flowing and enjoyed myself.
Good Training it help me explain some things. I like the part of the training where it was talking about upper classmen and lower classmen. Where it's about serving not being served. Things I learned more from the military, is just lead by example.
