I appreciate the layout of the modules and how they build on each other to create a complete view of what we should be expecting from ourselves as coaches and teachers of young men and women.

I came out of this course with a better understanding of who I am as an individual. The course helped me articulate my purpose for coaching and my core values.

Great content. The material is focused and well organized.

I would recommend making the work more actionable for coaches. Allow them to work on organizing their notes and ideas for implementation. This work could be in place of quizzes.

Finally, a coaching course that teaches beyond the physical skill development! As a college athlete, I yearned for my coaches to "see" me beyond my performance.
