3D Coaching provides a foundational guide for our purpose as coaches. Coaching beyond athletes' ability, the first dimension, can be a challenge initially. But the difference is understanding that coaching at the second and third dimensions are where you truly get the most out of your players, not just for a season or seasons, but for life. This course has many strategies for doing just that. Just like any goals or plans of action we make, we must take the initiative to coach in 3 dimensions.
