This course was able to teach me many different way to be more deliberate with my coaching. 3D training is not to be viewed as a program but rather it's a framework which holds the 1st, 2nd and 3rd dimension together and gives it a purpose and value. If you don't coach as a 3 dimensional Coach, you are not helping your athletes/players to be the best they can be. You cannot be a tour guide to a land you have not been to which implies that a coach must have good understanding and be conversant with the fundamentals of his/her purpose because understanding is the basis of care.

As a 3D Coach, the body, mind and heart must be engaged to get optimal performance of the athletes/players because if you fail in one aspect of this dimension, it will have negative effects on the team which will certainly affect the team general well-being.

I'm highly spirited, intentional and motivated to give my best and impact those in my sphere of influence so the athletes/players can as well be the best they ought to be both on the field and off the field therefore making the world a better place because all that really matters at the end of lives is the "funeral topics" and I'm already on a journey of creating my own funeral topic.
