As a young aspiring coach, it is helpful to connect with other coaches to gain knowledge and innovative ways of reaching your athletes. 3D has provided a means to do just that. Besides the insightful content of this course and the various strategies of deepening your relationship and connection with not only the players but their parents and your fellow coaching staff, it allows a means to connect with other coaches within your community. Checking in weekly to discuss the content and their views and experiences. I am definitely very grateful to have come across this course, and had the opportunity to complete it and believe that every coach should be exposed to it.
